But I LOVE them already. For those of you ready to finish up Christmas shopping 11Main is currently offering discounts on products in my store and here is the best part. You the customer get the discounted price, but me the seller still receives the full amount from the sale. 11Main is making up the difference in the discount. For example, somebody bought an item in my store on Saturday and she got a 25% discount off the purchase price but I still was credited for the full sale.
Even BETTER, 11Main is not charging ME any fees at all right now. Until year-end 2014 I'm not paying monthly or sales/commission fees!!!
Last, and this one just about knocked me out of my chair. I sold something on 11Main on Saturday for a customer who lives in the USA. After I purchased my shipping label and packaged the item I noticed that I received a $5 credit from 11Main??? Huh? So I contacted their support desk and found out that as a result of my store policies that provide free shipping and 1-day turnaround time to ship items .... That 11Main was PAYING ME ... $5 Yep that's *Five Bucks* for doing my job correctly!
